Love Birdwell Towels bought one in 2019 that i still use and is in great shape despite being in the sun all for mutiple summers as i work as a lifeguard. happy to add a cool black one to my collection. Also American MADE!!

I wouldn’t go on a beach or ride on a boat without one. The dark color grabs the heat, an absolute delight to lay on in the sun. Very absorbent after a swim in the ocean!

I’m very happy with the quality of the towel. It’s soft, thick and good looking. The only downside is that I find it too small; I prefer to use a towel (for the beach or chaise) that’s longer than my bod (5’4”). I would not agree with 60x30 being oversized, 72X40 would be considered “oversized”.
