- Orders that contain both regular and preorders cannot be split, and will be shipped together.
- We cannot alter a pre-order shipment once it has been placed.
Domestic Shipping
We offer free standard domestic shipping for orders over $125.
Standard: After processing, your order will arrive within 3-7 business days.
Expedited: After processing, your order will arrive within 3 business days.
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing prior to your order shipping. Note that peak periods (holidays and promos) may result in additional processing time.
During peak periods, shipping carriers can experience delays which may affect an order’s estimated delivery date. Please check your tracking number for updates.
Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to it.
International Shipping
Birdwell does ship internationally. Carriers and pricing will be available during checkout. We do not ship via freight forwarders.
Taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Return Policy
Unused, unworn, and unwashed Birdwell products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Final sale products and customs cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do I return my order?
Domestic customers can start a return or exchange at any time by visiting our Returns Center – here.
Follow the steps in the Return Center to request a return. Once your return has been created, you will receive a return shipping label via email, and you may drop your package at any USPS location.

How long does it take for my return or exchange to be processed?
Please allow up to 90 days for your return to be processed after it has arrived at our warehouse. Peak periods can result in longer processing times.
Initiate a return or exchange at any time by visiting the Birdwell Returns Center.
Points cannot be redeemed or applied to orders that have already been processed.
If you forget to use points on a new order, we are not able to retroactively apply the discount after the order has been placed. Points can only be redeemed at checkout.
Points accumulated on different accounts may not be combined or transferred to make purchases of products or for any other reason. Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction.
Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, refund, or other credit will be deducted from the Member's account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction, including bonus points. You will not receive points back to your account if a return is processed.
The earning period is 365 days from when the points are granted. Points will expire after a year of existence.
