I purchased my first pair of birdwells around 3 years ago. Since then I have acquired around 10 additional pairs and they are the only shorts I will wear. When you are in the water and find another guy with birdies on they are automatically your friend. Just ordered my first custom pair of trunks and they came out excellent! Cant say enough good things about this company and their shorts!!

I absolutely love the quality, style , and ultimate cool factor of my 310s. For those of you wondering about sizing ...... the shorts sit directly on your hips. I wear a 35” in jeans , and I bought these in 35”. I’m 6’ 1” and 230.

I bought my first pair of 310s in size 32. I’m 6,3, 175, and wear a 31 or 32 in everything else. Still, the 32s were a bit snug. I returned them with no hassle, and got size 33. They’re perfect. I’ve worn them surfing, lounging at the pool, and chasing crabs with my son at the beach. They’re comfortable, they look good, and they’re well made. What more could I want?

These are durable, unique and fit amazing. They can get real banged up full of wax, run them through the wash and they are good as new!

I surf every day and these are the only boardshorts I've had that can hold up to the constant stress - well worth the money.

My son just received his first pair of Birdwells and absolutely LOVES them! His dad only wears them so now he is just like his daddy and our local lifeguards wear them so he also matches them. :) Great quality, great fit and I know they will last a long time (we have 2 more he can pass these along to!).

I have worn Birdwells since my surfing days in the mid 1960's in south Florida. I love the way they fast dry and are comfortable. The one flaw I find is the ties. A new material needs to be found that has a slightly sticky surface, as in sticky like a thin Velcro to keep the tie from coming undone, no matter how tight you think you've tied the bow. I always find on a new suit you have to retie them about every 15 minutes, because they keep coming undone. After a year or so of use, they become softer and seem to stay tied longer. Otherwise, a great product. I currently have 3 pair I use in my pool and scuba diving in the Caribbean.

These swim shorts work great, they are fantastic for guys from 18 to 80. A real classic look with great craftsmanship.

You make a great product! I live a long way from the beach. I haven't surfed in 30 years. Still I feel like I'm California cool every time I wear your products. I ran a 15 mile trail run in these shorts last Sunday and I didn't chafe a bit.
