Product Details

A sleek, 99% water-impermeable vest in world-famous Yamamoto rubber from Japan.

When the water’s still trunkable but there’s a chill in the air, this simple wetsuit vest can extend the season without restricting your paddle motion. Pair it with your Birdies on a long session, in the off-season, or anytime the conditions are less than ideal, and keep your core toasty and your post-session cleanup minimal.

The Wetsuit Vest is constructed from Japanese Yamamoto neoprene, the very best, most environmentally friendly wetsuit rubber available. Yamamoto began producing the same year as Birdwell, 1961, and have been innovating and perfecting their products ever since. Lined with super-stretch nylon for incredible flexibility and softness, their Smooth Skin Neoprene will keep your core temp and mobility high. Hand-sewn in Los Angeles and finished with Melco Heat Dots at the seams, classic zig-zag topstitching, and a heavy-duty Talon zipper with pull cord, the Wetsuit Vest is the easiest way to stay in the water longer (and warmer).
