Four steps outline the Deployment Roadmap. The first phase is Define. In the definition phase of implementation we will utilize Surveys, Questionnaires, Analysis Worksheets, and Requirements Documents to gain an understanding of your current business situation and work with you to begin phase 2.
In phase 2 we will begin work with you and your staff to Design a solution that will meet your business needs while keeping your budget in mind. Phase 2 is where we work closely with your company management to review your business practices, business requirements and project limitations (if any). This phase will include a review of any customizations, conversions, interfaces and custom reports that will be required. At the end of this phase we will begin detailed project planning and prepare a project plan for review and signoff. Upon approval of Phase 2 we will transition into the third phase.
Phase 3 involves product training for users, data migration from your existing software system, software installation, configuration and testing. Upon successful testing we will perform final testing with your converted data (test set) to ensure that the final phase is seamless.
The final phase is the Deployment, or Go-Live, phase. In Phase 4 we will monitor data entry, System reliability, and confirm system & data integrity. We will provide users with refresher training and prepare a project signoff report. The final meeting of the project is usually held on the same week as the Go-Live date. In this meeting we will review the project and discuss follow-on needs. We also discuss post engagement support, management & training needs and arrange follow-up consulting as needed.
While all of this may seem extremely involved, it ensures that we are able to control each phase of the project while ensuring customer satisfaction & referencibility.
